2. Do you offer a bespoke service?
Yes. Myrna does custom designs for clients who contact her and schedule an appointment to provide a personal consultation to create one-off pieces of jewellery that are beyond your expectations. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +32(0)226 555 16.
3. Is gift wrapping available?
Yes, Duchess Lace Jewellery gift wrapping is available. This special wrapping consist of a sophisticated shimmering box, with magnetic double closing flaps and black silky interior, hand tied with an Italian ribbon. All our jewels are packed and protected securely for any means of delivery.
While our webmaster team are currently setting up the online clickable option, it is for the moment only available on written demand – at the bottom of Check Out page (optional Note box) – the during your purchase process. The price of the special Gift Wrapping is 2€ per item and will be charged separately, by email exchange through our sales service (email@example.com).
4. What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
You can return your jewellery for refund, credit or exchange if it is not to your satisfaction. The return have to take place within 14 days from the purchase date. Returned items must be unworn, not damaged and in a good condition. Please visit our Returns Policy page for more details.

6. Are your creations on the picture at the actual size?
Because computer monitors vary in size, it is impossible to show an actual size image on the internet. Please read the item’s descritpion section below the images to have the actual measurements. For more information please contact us at email@example.com
7. Are the diamonds used by Myrna from traceable sources?
We adhere to the “Kimberley Process” and are committed to sourcing our diamonds in the most ethical and environmentally responsible manner.

10. How do I clean my precious jewellery?
Drop all your silverware in a pot and cover it with water, add one tablespoon of baking soda and cover all the items under one piece of aluminium foil. Bring it to a boil for 10 minutes (longer if it’s very tarnished), then remove using kitchen tongs.
If built up tarnish persists, make a thick paste with 1/4 cup baking soda and two tablespoons of water. Apply with a damp sponge, brush lightly with a hard toothbrush.
At the end, rinse and dry with hot air from a hairdryer for at least one minute on all sides so that no humidity is left between the fine embroidered wires.
